Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Digital Marketing Manager to build and own the company’s digital marketing system. Reporting directly to the co‑founders, you will set strategy, establish priorities, and execute across various digital marketing channels. This role requires high ownership and the ability to keep several workstreams moving without losing attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy.
• Own paid acquisition, focusing on Google Ads as primary and Meta Ads as secondary; manage budgets, campaigns, testing, and optimization.
• Evaluate performance using ROAS, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rate to guide priorities and budget allocation.
• Manage GA4, GTM, e‑commerce tracking, and performance reporting.
• Manage email marketing in Klaviyo, including campaigns, segmentation, and automated flows.
• Manage influencer marketing campaigns and evaluate their performance.
• Plan and produce content for organic social media and other marketing channels.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience at B2C companies, preferably in e‑commerce or consumer brands.
• Advanced written and spoken English; ability to create natural content for a US audience.
• Strong experience managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, and e‑commerce tracking.
• Experience with Klaviyo or a similar email marketing platform.
• Comfortable using AI tools for ideation and content production while ensuring quality.
• Ability to set priorities, make decisions, and execute independently.
• Strong attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple workstreams.
