Community Operation Manager (Turkish Speaking) – TikTok LIVE

About the role

The LIVE Operations team at TikTok is looking for a Community Operation Manager who speaks Turkish to build and nurture creator communities for TikTok LIVE. You will drive user growth, engagement, and a safe environment for live streaming users.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and plan LIVE creator communities, creating strategies to boost activity and user stickiness.
• Expand community user base through online/offline events, social media promotion, and meet growth targets.
• Maintain daily community order, respond to user inquiries, handle feedback and complaints, and ensure a positive user experience.
• Plan and execute community activities such as topic discussions, online lectures, and live‑skill education to increase participation.
• Collect, sort, and analyze community data (activity, retention, comments) and optimize operations based on insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and other departments to deliver projects and promotional tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in community operations.
• Excellent communication and copywriting abilities.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.

Required skills

• Data analysis.
• Use of community operation tools (e.g., WeChat, QQ management platforms).
