About the role

Raffles Istanbul, a luxury hotel in Zorlu Center overlooking the Bosphorus, is looking for a passionate hospitality professional committed to luxury service and exceptional guest relations. The ideal candidate knows local culture, history and attractions well, has excellent communication skills and an established network of luxury service providers.

• Create personalized and memorable guest experiences
• Anticipate guest needs and consistently exceed expectations
• Provide tailored recommendations based on knowledge of local culture, history and attractions
• Deliver excellent guest relations and personalized service
• Use an established network of local contacts and luxury service providers to create seamless guest experiences

Required profile

• Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional service
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset
• Membership in Les Clefs d'Or or a strong interest in pursuing professional recognition within the association
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach
