Contract Manager – Hotel Contracts (Antalya, Turkey)

About the role

WebBeds is seeking a Contract Manager based in Antalya to lead the negotiation and management of hotel contracts across the assigned region. You will own the revenue streams for the destination, ensuring the right mix of properties, competitive pricing, and strong margins.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and secure hotel contracts that meet company KPIs for mix, pricing, availability and revenue.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with hotel partners.
• Regularly review contracted hotel performance and address pricing, availability or quality issues.
• Conduct market research to identify expansion opportunities and maintain competitiveness.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to design and execute contracting strategies.
• Monitor destination performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel account management or a similar travel‑industry role.
• Strong knowledge of the Turkish hospitality market and its dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue targets in a competitive environment.
• Experience building and managing relationships with hotel partners.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are a plus.
