About the role

As a Corporate Account Manager you will drive new business and grow existing accounts for a premier hotel in Istanbul. You will be the face of hospitality, creating memorable experiences that turn corporate guests into loyal partners.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business leads by analysing market trends and competitor activity.
• Grow existing customer accounts through relationship building and local travel.
• Negotiate rates and prepare contracts in line with pricing strategies to secure corporate bookings.
• Support local marketing initiatives using creative channels tailored to the market.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to develop exceptional guest experiences and comprehensive sales programmes.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activity and provide timely updates to sales leadership.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries to support conversion and satisfaction.
