CRM Analytics Professional (Fintech)

About the role

Trendyol Pay, part of TrendFinance, builds secure, fast and reliable payment infrastructure and inclusive financial products such as digital wallets and smart credit systems. As a CRM Analyst, you will manage and optimise multi-channel communications, segment users, run data-driven experiments and turn analytics and automation into actionable CRM strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Design segmentation for different business parties (customers, sellers, etc.)
• Define business rules for each segment and set targets with business owners
• Create and optimise journeys for each segment and feature to meet business KPIs
• Work with the product team to improve onboarding and engagement processes for each segment
• Work with business owners to design and execute growth opportunities for each segment
• Automate tracking and communication of features for each segment

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Industrial Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, project and product management
• Experience with large volumes of data and strong analytical skills
• Ability to simplify complex data and processes into clear insights
• Good written and verbal English and comfort working across functions

Required skills

• Coding in one or more languages (SQL, Python)
• Digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adjust
• Visualisation tools such as Looker and QlikView
• Marketing automation tools are a plus
