About the role

Mlouye, a luxury handbag brand, is seeking a tech‑forward, highly empathetic Customer Relationship Specialist. You will be the human heart behind our digital presence, delivering swift, accurate, and personalized support to e‑commerce customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• AI‑Assisted Client Care: Use AI tools to draft, refine, and finalize responses across email, live chat, and social media DMs while maintaining Mlouye’s brand voice.
• Meticulous Oversight: Fact‑check AI‑generated drafts against internal systems for pre‑order timelines, customs fees, and order statuses.
• Rapid Resolution: Achieve response times well under the 2–3 hour benchmark for a global client base.
• Empathetic Problem Solving: Turn challenging moments into genuine connections that build brand loyalty.
• Cross‑Team Collaboration: Share customer insights with product, logistics, and marketing teams to continuously improve the experience.

Required profile

• Impeccable written English with a warm, empathetic tone.
