Customer Service Representative (1-Year Contract)

About the role

Avery Dennison is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join its Commercial team on a fixed-term contract of 12 months, in an onsite-to-hybrid arrangement (one day per week in the office). The role manages customer accounts, ensures complete order fulfillment and advocates for customer needs to improve satisfaction and responsiveness. It is based at the Istanbul site, which supports the Apparel Solutions division.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts covering order processing, order tracking, delivery schedules and complete order fulfillment.
• Use computer systems to record customer inquiries and keep accurate records of order status and progress.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and diplomatically.
• Identify and implement service improvement initiatives to raise customer satisfaction and operational responsiveness.
• Communicate supply chain challenges proactively and propose viable alternative solutions to customers.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of professional experience in customer service or a related field, ideally in the textile industry.
• Proficiency in Turkish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage several concurrent tasks and issues.

Required skills

• Demonstrated excellence in data entry.
• Organizational skills.
