Customer Service Representative

About the role

Clemta is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for its international clientele. You will join a multinational Customer Care team, providing proactive support and ensuring a positive experience for customers from over 140 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing helpful information.
• Enter customer orders into operational execution processes accurately.
• Identify and propose new business opportunities and long‑term solutions.
• Increase the value of existing customers while attracting new ones.
• Contact potential customers, establish rapport, and arrange meetings.
• Maintain communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Enhance internal processes and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve proprietary tools.
• Work with legal and safety departments to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Turkish (C1 level required); additional languages are a plus.
• Collaborative, flexible, and open mindset.
• Passion for problem‑solving, simplifying complex topics, and delivering happy customers.
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong research, analysis, and communication skills.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
