About the role

The company, a global partner in the textile industry, seeks a Customer Service Representative to manage the full order‑to‑delivery process and maintain strong communication with customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up the entire process from customer order to delivery.
  • Maintain close communication with customers to ensure timely handling of requests.
  • Register and track customer complaints with relevant departments.
  • Coordinate internal departments and follow the process through to completion.
  • Prepare customer samples and arrange their shipment.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a textile company.
  • Team‑oriented and able to work effectively with different departments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of SAP (advantage).
