Customer Success Manager – B2B SaaS

About the role

Hirex, a fast‑growing Applicant Tracking System and onboarding platform, is looking for a proactive Customer Success Manager to own B2B client relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion. You will work directly with the co‑founders and help shape the customer success function in an early‑stage startup.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of B2B accounts end‑to‑end, handling onboarding, training, adoption, renewal and expansion.
• Run customer onboarding sessions, deliver product training and ensure rapid time‑to‑value.
• Maintain regular check‑ins, monitor usage signals and proactively address churn risk.
• Collect and structure product feedback, acting as the voice of the customer for the product team.
• Drive retention and growth by managing renewals and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Support commercial activities by joining sales and partnership meetings and handling follow‑ups.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing on customer stories and case studies.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in customer success, account management or a similar customer‑facing role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Ability to learn a technical product deeply enough to train customers and run demos independently.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, comfortable with both frustrated users and C‑level stakeholders.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven mindset; enjoys solving problems autonomously.
• Startup experience or a clear appetite for a fast‑paced environment is a plus.
