Demi Chef de Partie – Istanbul Hotel & Conference Center

About the role

The Demi Chef de Partie will work in the kitchen of Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel & Conference Center, preparing and presenting high‑quality dishes for guests and members. This role supports the Executive Chef in maintaining culinary standards and contributes to cost‑control initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes in line with Hilton’s quality guidelines.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and prevent cross‑contamination.
• Prepare all mise‑en‑place for assigned menus.
• Respond promptly to guest queries and ensure timely service.
• Store foods correctly and monitor quality.
• Assist in controlling food costs and improving gross profit margins.
• Support other departments when needed and uphold good working relationships.
• Report maintenance, hygiene, and safety issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Demi Chef de Partie, preferably in an international hotel or restaurant.
• Relevant culinary qualification or vocational certification (or equivalent).
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Positive, professional attitude with strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong time‑management abilities.
