Director, Product-Led Growth

About the role

Lead the strategy and execution of a scalable, revenue‑generating product‑led growth engine for a global cloud technology business. Own product‑led ARR and drive acquisition, conversion, expansion, and retention across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product‑led growth strategy, accountable for ARR from self‑service experiences.
• Develop scalable growth programs, set revenue and user acquisition targets, and accelerate adoption internationally.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales to translate product strategy into measurable customer outcomes.
• Identify and implement in‑product monetization opportunities, improve onboarding and conversion funnels.
• Use behavioral analytics and churn indicators to refine user experience and increase lifetime value.
• Establish performance metrics, test hypotheses, and continuously improve acquisition, activation, conversion, and expansion.
• Collaborate with product leaders to align platform capabilities with developer workflows and AI‑assisted development opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven leadership in product‑led growth within SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or developer‑focused technology businesses.
• Direct revenue accountability for ARR growth, customer acquisition, freemium‑to‑paid conversion, and retention.
• Strategic and commercial expertise translating complex technical products into self‑service experiences.
• Strong cross‑functional leadership across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales.
• Advanced growth analytics experience with funnel optimization, experimentation, and monetization.
• Technical fluency in cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, and AI‑assisted development tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management in a distributed environment.
