Educational Consultant – Bursa, Yalova & Eskişehir

About the role

Oxford University Press is seeking an enthusiastic Educational Consultant to join its ELT Division in the South Marmara region of Turkey. The role combines sales, training and relationship‑building with schools and educational institutions across Bursa, Yalova and Eskişehir.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute a school‑visit schedule to cover the assigned territory and meet business targets.
• Deliver presentations, workshops and professional development sessions for teachers and administrators to showcase OUP products and teaching methodologies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers to drive product adoption and increase market presence.
• Provide regular market feedback and reports to the Regional Coordinator.
• Maintain accurate records in OUP’s database and collaborate with distributors, agents and booksellers.
• Support sales and promotional activities through effective administrative practices.

Required profile

• A degree in Education or a related field.
• An ELT qualification or relevant English language teaching experience.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• A valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
