Electrical-Electronics Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic engineer to contribute to the design, development, manufacturing and testing of electric motor and communication systems. The position is ideal for curious early‑career candidates eager to learn through hands‑on engineering work.

Key responsibilities

• Support design, selection, integration and testing of electric motors and motor drive systems.
• Develop electrical and electronic systems, including power, control and monitoring circuits.
• Work on RF and telecommunications systems for communication, telemetry and remote monitoring.
• Research, select and integrate antennas, RF modules and communication interfaces.
• Participate in product design and manufacturing from prototype development through testing.
• Troubleshoot electrical, motor‑control and communication issues and evaluate signal quality and antenna performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication, Control and Automation, or Mechatronics.
• Experience in design and manufacturing activities with knowledge of electric motors, motor drives and power electronics.
• Understanding of RF and telecommunications fundamentals and familiarity with antennas and wireless communication systems.

Required skills

• Use of electrical test and measurement equipment.
• Reading and preparing technical drawings, electrical schematics and documentation.
• Proficiency with electronic design tools such as Altium Designer or KiCad.
• Familiarity with mechanical design software like SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, UART, SPI, I²C).
