Electrical Site Manager – High Voltage Cable Projects

About the role

Prysmian Group is seeking an Electrical Site Manager to lead high‑voltage cable projects for utilities in Istanbul. The role involves overseeing site activities, ensuring alignment with project schedules, and acting as the primary liaison between the customer, head office, and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all site operations and ensure smooth daily execution.
• Maintain continuous communication with the head office and the customer, addressing requests promptly.
• Monitor progress against the work schedule and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Prepare and follow up on progress payments with the employer and subcontractors.
• Verify that subcontractors comply with technical specifications, contract terms, and occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• For Electrical & Electronics Engineers, possession of the “Elektrik Yüksek Gerilim Tesislerinde İşletme Sorumluluğu Yetkilendirme Belgesi”.
• 5–10 years of experience, preferably in high‑voltage or medium‑voltage cable transmission/distribution infrastructure projects.
• Prior experience with TEİAŞ or similar utility companies is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work on‑site in a demanding environment.
