Electrician for Hotel in Istanbul

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Electrician to join the technical team at a prestigious hotel in Istanbul. You will ensure the safety and functionality of the hotel’s electrical infrastructure, contributing to a memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain the hotel’s electrical system across guest rooms, public areas and service zones.
• Inspect, service and repair internal and external electrical distribution, transformers and generators.
• Respond promptly to guest calls and work orders, completing tasks assigned by engineering management.
• Perform a variety of electrical and related maintenance work, including HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, painting touch‑ups and audio‑visual equipment repairs.
• Assist with preventive electrical inspections and document all activities, including meter readings and repair reports.
• Ensure full compliance with Hilton health, safety and fire‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Technical high‑school or vocational college graduate in electrical, electronics or a related field, or holder of a Ministry‑approved master craftsman certificate.
• At least two years of experience as an Electrical Technician in a hotel or large‑scale facility.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and follow detailed, safety‑focused procedures.
• Team‑oriented, proactive and responsible attitude.
