About the role

Join a global fashion brand as an Employer Branding Executive, shaping the employee value proposition and driving engagement across all internal channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement employer branding strategies that strengthen employee engagement and bring the company’s EVP to life.
• Create and publish authentic employee stories and culture content for internal platforms and career social media accounts.
• Maintain and update digital communication platforms such as intranet, internal feeds, and career social media.
• Support planning and execution of internal events that increase participation and cultural connection.
• Collaborate with creative agencies to produce high‑quality visual and written content.
• Analyze employee insights and engagement data to guide communication planning.
• Build relationships with universities and young‑talent communities to enhance employer visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in employer branding, internal communication or employee experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with advanced English proficiency.
