Enterprise Sales Development Representative

About the role

Provenir is looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to drive new business opportunities within the financial services sector. You will research target companies, identify key contacts, and engage them with personalized outreach to generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Research and build prospect lists using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and Apollo.
• Identify and contact relevant individuals at target organizations, delivering tailored messaging.
• Conduct needs analyses to uncover pain points and qualify leads.
• Transition qualified leads to the Provenir sales network.
• Maintain accurate prospect data and communication logs in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and events to maximize lead nurturing.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and brief the sales team before calls.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Turkish (both written and spoken).
• Additional Balkan language skills (e.g., Serbian, Croatian, Bulgarian, Romanian, Greek, Albanian) are a strong advantage.
• BS degree in Business Management, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in business development or enterprise‑wide solution sales, preferably to banks, lenders, fintechs, or e‑commerce companies.
• Self‑motivated, team‑player with strong communication and listening skills.
