Evidence-Based Advocacy & Policy Engagement Consultant

About the role

Door Beyond War is looking for a qualified consultancy team to design and deliver a five‑day participatory training programme on evidence‑based advocacy, leadership development, and policy‑maker engagement. The training will be conducted in Arabic and will include a Training‑of‑Trainers component to empower civil society and refugee‑led organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive curriculum and practical tools for evidence‑based advocacy and policy engagement.
• Deliver interactive training sessions in Arabic for target organisations.
• Integrate a Training‑of‑Trainers module to ensure sustainability of the approach.
• Support participants in translating participatory research findings into joint advocacy strategies.
• Produce final reports and recommendations for the Univocal Voices Project.

Required profile

• Established consultancy or team with proven experience in advocacy, leadership training, and policy engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to work with civil society and refugee‑led organisations.
• Fluency in Arabic and familiarity with the Turkish context.
• Experience in designing participatory training programmes.

What we offer
