Executive Assistant & HR Representative

About the role

The Executive Assistant & HR Representative provides high‑quality administrative support to the General Manager while also handling day‑to‑day HR operations. This dual role acts as a trusted liaison among senior leadership, employees, and external partners, ensuring confidentiality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the General Manager’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence with a focus on confidentiality.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, leadership events, and company‑wide communications.
• Support HR processes including onboarding, off‑boarding, payroll data collection, benefits coordination, and recruitment administration.
• Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and HR system data quality.
• Track decisions and follow‑up actions from leadership meetings and ensure timely execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Experience providing executive assistance to senior leaders and handling HR operational tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish.
• High level of discretion, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with HR, collaboration and administrative systems.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and interpersonal abilities.
