About the role

The Executive Assistant will support high‑level executives within the Management Department of Arkas Holding, working from the Management Office in Etiler and the Marport Terminal Operators in Ambarli. This role combines administrative, logistical and guest‑relation duties in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Arrange travel, including flights, accommodations and itineraries for senior executives.
Handle personal tasks and errands for executives while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Coordinate guest relations, including special sports activities and gift organization.
Prepare meetings, lunches and dinners, ensuring all necessary resources are ready.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a similar role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Advanced level of English, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, resource‑oriented mindset.
