Executive Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an Executive Sales Representative to join Marriott International’s sales team in Istanbul. The role focuses on driving revenue through guest reservations, up‑selling services, and maintaining strong guest loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest calls, requests and problems, directing them to the appropriate department.
• Apply sales techniques to maximize revenue while preserving guest loyalty, including up‑selling and offering complimentary rewards.
• Process reservation requests, changes, cancellations and Marriott Rewards redemptions via phone, fax or email.
• Enter reservation and rewards data into the hotel’s reservation system accurately.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, emailing, typing and faxing to support the Sales & Marketing department.
• Assist management in training and motivating staff, serving as a role model.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant sales or customer‑service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
