Facility Maintenance Senior Specialist

About the role

Martur Fompak International is seeking a senior specialist to lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects across its automotive manufacturing facilities. The role combines technical leadership with hands‑on field work in a fast‑growing, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor installation processes for electrical and mechanical infrastructure in factories and facilities.
• Coordinate with contractors throughout project lifecycles, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Provide technical leadership for facility relocations, new factory setups, and production line moves.
• Manage fire safety inspections and certification processes from initiation to completion.
• Analyze faults in electrical and mechanical systems and propose corrective solutions.
• Conduct technical compliance checks before and after project completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or preferably Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong command of English.
• Knowledge of ISO 50001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and Occupational Health & Safety standards.
• Experience with transformer installations and factory electrical/mechanical infrastructure.
• Involvement in new factory setup, facility relocation, or production line relocation projects.
• Experience managing fire safety inspections and certifications.
• Ability to diagnose faults in construction and mechanical systems.
• Willingness to take an active role in field operations and unrestricted travel.
