Quality Assurance Executive

About the role

Join Nestlé Waters as a Quality Assurance Executive and lead food safety and quality initiatives in our Kestel, Bursa facility. You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, maintain HACCP programs, and drive continuous improvement across production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with national and international food safety and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and maintain factory food safety management systems, HACCP, and GMP programs.
• Lead quality failure analysis, defect elimination, and timely release of finished products.
• Support cross‑functional teams in crisis management, risk mitigation, and best‑practice sharing.
• Develop and deliver food safety and quality training at laboratory and plant levels.
• Promote hygiene, SHE, 5S, and good manufacturing practices throughout the work area.

Required profile

• University graduate in microbiology, chemistry, food science or engineering (or equivalent).
• Proven line‑management experience with the ability to lead a group.
• Experience managing laboratory functions and delivering results with cross‑functional teams.
• Track record of leading change initiatives and establishing peer networks.

Required skills

• HACCP implementation and maintenance.
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• 5S workplace organization.
• SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) compliance.
