Field Service Engineer (eMobility)

About the role

Join Siemens Turkey's e‑Mobility service organization as a Field Service Engineer. You will support technical and administrative activities, manage orders, and provide first‑level support to customers both remotely and onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming orders, inquiries and requests related to products and services.
• Perform order management for assigned customers and maintain client information in the system.
• Provide remote and onsite first‑level user support, escalating complex issues to qualified Service Technicians or Engineers.
• Collaborate with clients and sales representatives to clarify orders and resolve commercial or technical problems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Turkish.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Previous experience in service organizations or the e‑Mobility sector is a plus.

Required skills

• Power BI (interest or experience).
• Basic knowledge of digital transformation and artificial intelligence concepts.
