Financial Control, Budget and Reporting Specialist

About the role

The Financial Control, Budget and Reporting Specialist will ensure accurate consolidation of financial statements, support budgeting cycles and provide insightful analysis for Tiryaki Agro’s global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly consolidated financial statements and management reports in accordance with IFRS.
• Analyse budget variances against actual figures and present findings to senior management.
• Conduct detailed reviews of subsidiaries across the Group.
• Compile audit reports and provide supporting documentation for external auditors.
• Support the Group’s budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Deliver third‑party and internal reporting requirements.
• Assist departments in developing and improving financial procedures.
• Maintain and develop financial systems used by the business.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; Big 4 audit experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work with multicultural teams and manage tight deadlines.
• Highly organized, self‑starter with strong time‑management skills.

• Knowledge of IFRS reporting standards
