Financial Controller

About the role

The Financial Controller will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and planning while supporting key controlling processes and continuous improvement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly financial reporting, including early forecasting (Flash), data input into the central reporting tool (MARS), and preparation of HB2 financials in SAP S/4HANA.
• Lead month‑end closing activities, provide analysis of financial results, and support CAPEX management and standard costing processes.
• Prepare and upload planning data such as monthly forecasts, yearly FC2, budget, and strategic plan, and ensure transfer prices are accurately maintained and approved.
• Conduct controlling studies, including product profitability analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement of controlling processes.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in financial controlling, reporting or a similar finance role, preferably in a plant environment.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication abilities.
• Very good English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP (including S/4HANA).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Microsoft PowerPoint competence.
