Financial & HR Administrator

About the role

The Financial & HR Administrator will manage accurate financial administration using the Exact ERP system and provide comprehensive HR support throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger, cost centres and project allocations in Exact; process purchase and sales invoices, credit notes and payment runs.
• Perform bank, AP/AR and inter‑company reconciliations, support month‑end and year‑end closing, and produce standard financial reports.
• Prepare VAT/GST returns, ensure tax coding compliance and maintain audit documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding, career progression, off‑boarding, draft employment contracts and handle payroll changes.
• Act as first point of contact for employee and manager queries on HR policies and support recruitment activities.

Required profile

• Experience in financial administration with strong ERP literacy.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, invoice processing and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of VAT/tax coding and basic compliance.
• Familiarity with Turkish labour law and HR administration processes is preferred.

Required skills

• Exact ERP system (or similar)
• ERP platforms such as SAP, Netsuite, Logo
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups)
• English language proficiency
