Financial Planning & Analysis Executive

About the role

Hayat Kimya, a leading FMCG company, is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Executive to join its finance department. The role involves preparing statutory financial statements, leading forecasting processes, and providing analytical support to commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly statutory financial statements and income statements with high accuracy.
• Lead monthly forecasting and planning processes in partnership with commercial and operational teams.
• Perform CO‑PA closing activities and ensure timely reporting of financial and operational performance.
• Prepare detailed management reports, expense analyses, and performance evaluations for senior leadership.
• Conduct variance analysis across actuals, budget, and forecast, identifying key drivers.
• Support commercial decision‑making through profitability, margin, and business performance analyses.
• Collaborate with Sales and Trade Marketing to evaluate campaigns, pricing, and channel profitability.
• Develop and improve reporting dashboards and data visualisation tools using Power BI and other solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, controlling or financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP and advanced Excel; experience with Query and Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
