Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

About the role

Viessmann is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to join its Istanbul headquarters. The role focuses on controlling financial resources, ensuring compliance, and providing accurate financial insights to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and analyze activities in line with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review procedures for general ledger, project, and government accounting.
• Execute monthly and quarterly close and consolidation processes.
• Develop and document accounting policies, procedures, and control processes.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts, compare them to actual costs, and ensure adherence.
• Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, and financial commitments.
• Support internal and external audits for compliance and timely completion.
• Lead small‑scale projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Residence in Istanbul (preferably the Anatolian side).
