Financial Reporting and Analysis Senior Specialist

About the role

Petrol Ofisi Group is seeking a Senior Specialist to join its Finance team at the Head Office. The role focuses on preparing accurate IFRS/TFRS financial reporting packages, managing inflation accounting adjustments, and supporting audit processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual IFRS/TFRS financial reporting packages.
• Manage IAS 29/TMS 29 inflation accounting adjustments and related disclosures.
• Coordinate with independent auditors during interim and year‑end audits.
• Review financial data from Group companies for IFRS/TFRS compliance.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing and produce management reports.
• Contribute to automation and improvement of reporting and consolidation processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance or related field.
• 3‑6 years of experience in IFRS/TFRS reporting, consolidation or management reporting.
• Practical knowledge of IAS 29/TMS 29 (hyperinflationary economies).
• Familiarity with Turkish Commercial Code reporting requirements.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.

Required skills

• IFRS/TFRS financial reporting and disclosures.
• IAS 29/TMS 29 inflation accounting.
• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with SAP/BPC/BW (plus).
