Financial Reporting Senior Executive – Bonveno

About the role

METRO is seeking a Financial Reporting Senior Executive for its new brand Bonveno. The role will report directly to the General Manager of Bonveno and will be responsible for preparing and controlling financial statements and reports for the new retail initiative.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and control monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Produce periodical store‑based financial reports, analyze and explain variances.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analyses to support strategic management decisions.
• Prepare financial reports for the international headquarters.
• Ensure statutory reporting complies with the Turkish Commercial Code.
• Apply Group Accounting rules for regular and ad‑hoc reporting.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Continuously improve automation of reporting processes.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Informatics, Industrial Engineering, MIS or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in financial reporting, auditing, controlling or similar functions.
• Knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS.
• Independent auditing experience is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications; SAP FI/CO knowledge preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• High ethical standards and responsibility.
• No military service obligation for male candidates.
