Indirect Purchasing Manager

About the role

The Indirect Purchasing Manager will work closely with business units to translate purchasing needs into concrete procurement plans, managing a wide range of non‑trade categories across stores and head office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end indirect procurement processes for GNFR categories such as catering services, vehicles, fuel, cleaning, security and other corporate services.
• Oversee contract management, pricing, payment terms and renewal processes, ensuring accurate documentation in SAP Ariba.
• Analyze internal customer needs, conduct tendering, negotiation and supplier selection, and monitor supplier performance.
• Control budgets and expenditures, report on costs, savings and supplier performance, and support procurement for new store openings and projects.
• Collaborate with global and local teams on procurement projects and lead process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in indirect or non‑trade procurement.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Experience in category management across services, IT, maintenance & repair, and marketing.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP Ariba or similar e‑procurement/SRM systems.
