Internal Audit & Process Improvement Senior Executive

About the role
The Senior Executive will lead internal audits and drive process improvements across METRO stores, ensuring compliance with commercial, financial, and food‑safety standards while supporting the BonVeno brand.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct planned, routine and ad‑hoc audits at stores, covering inventory, cash controls, waste management, food safety and legal requirements.
- Communicate findings to store managers, analyse root causes and develop corrective action plans with process owners.
- Identify process ambiguities, overlaps and control weaknesses, and propose workflow enhancements.
- Prepare concise audit reports for management and follow up on action‑plan implementation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in grocery or food‑retail operations.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and conflict‑management abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently for store visits and work in a hybrid model.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Good command of English.
