Full Stack Developer – AI‑first Nutrition Platform

About the role

EatBetter is building AI‑first mobile experiences that help millions improve their nutrition habits. As a Full Stack Developer you will own end‑to‑end feature delivery for both web and mobile back‑ends, shaping the core infrastructure that powers our global expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship high‑quality features across web and mobile back‑ends.
• Build scalable APIs and services, collaborating with mobile engineers and data teams.
• Operate core backend infrastructure including caching (Redis), queues/jobs, and background workers.
• Contribute to frontend surfaces such as admin panels, growth dashboards, and landing pages when needed.
• Make architecture decisions and enforce performance, reliability, and security best practices.
• Improve monitoring, alerting, incident response, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Partner with product and design to deliver fast‑iteration UX.
• Instrument analytics and events to support growth experiments.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a full‑stack developer or proven end‑to‑end product ownership.
• Strong fundamentals in backend development (APIs, databases, authentication, caching).
• Hands‑on experience with Redis and PostgreSQL, including basic performance tuning.
• Solid frontend skills with React and React Native and an eye for UX quality.
• Proficiency in modern TypeScript/Node.js (or ability to ramp up quickly).
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, observability, Docker, and CI/CD workflows.
• Product‑mindset: understand how engineering choices impact user experience and growth.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
