Full‑time Sales Consultant – Cevahir

About the role
The Cevahir store of Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a full‑time Sales Consultant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will act as a stylist, helping customers discover the brand’s denim, khakis and activewear while promoting the Red Tab Loyalty program.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, suggest outfits based on current trends and promotions.
- Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling and cross‑selling.
- Handle cash, process shipments, set the sales floor, manage markdowns and replenish stock.
- Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain store standards, follow visual merchandising guidelines and comply with all Levi’s policies.
Required profile
- Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, kneel, squat and climb ladders.
- Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.
