General Manager - Luxury All-Inclusive Resort

About the role

A confidential executive search is underway for an accomplished General Manager to lead a large-scale, five-star luxury all-inclusive beachfront resort in Turkey through its next stage of positioning and growth. The resort operates with a strong family-driven concept and offers a broad mix of leisure, lifestyle, dining and event facilities. The successful candidate brings significant international luxury hospitality experience and a proven track record managing large-scale, complex resort operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership of the resort, with full responsibility for operational and financial performance.
• Lead Rooms, F&B, Guest Relations, Spa, Recreation, Entertainment and other key functions to deliver international luxury service standards.
• Develop and execute the resort's operational and commercial strategy in line with ownership objectives, and drive revenue, profitability and efficiency.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and KPIs such as ADR, RevPAR, occupancy and GOP.
• Build a distinctive luxury guest experience while maintaining operational excellence in a high-volume all-inclusive setting.
• Further develop the family-driven concept and the resort's F&B and lifestyle proposition, including restaurants, bars, lounges, beach concepts and in-room dining.
• Develop the banqueting, events and special-occasion offering, and support destination dining concepts for hotel guests and external clients.
• Work with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management to strengthen positioning in international and high-end leisure markets.
• Build a high-performing, multicultural senior leadership team and maintain close communication with ownership.
• Contribute during the resort's transformation and renovation, and lead it into its next phase.

Required profile

• Significant senior leadership experience in five-star luxury hotels or resorts, and previous General Manager, Hotel Manager or senior resort leadership experience in a large-scale operation.
• Strong international luxury hospitality experience, preferably in luxury all-inclusive resort environments.
• Experience managing complex beachfront resort operations with extensive F&B, leisure, entertainment and family-oriented facilities.
• Demonstrated commercial and P&L leadership, with strong command of revenue, profitability and operational KPIs.
• Proven ability to lead large, multicultural organisations and develop senior talent.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
