Waiter / Waitress

About the role

Jade Brasserie & Bar, located within Delta Hotels by Marriott, is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated team members to join its team as waiters and waitresses.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests according to service standards and escort them to their tables.
• Take orders accurately and pass them on to the relevant departments in a timely way.
• Serve food and beverages in line with quality requirements and service standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of service areas.
• Respond to guest requests promptly, politely and professionally, resolving issues when necessary.
• Contribute actively to daily operations and team activities.
• Handle daily cash register operations and reporting procedures.

Required profile

• Preferably 2-5 years of experience in the food and beverage or restaurant industry.
• Strong commitment to guest-oriented service, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and good verbal communication.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance and a team player with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and flexible shift schedules.
• Strict adherence to hygiene, food safety, occupational health and safety regulations.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
