German / English Gaming Support Agent

About the role

As a Gaming Support Agent at 5CA you will handle customer support issues for an assigned game studio, assisting players with account, technical, purchase and gameplay queries. You will work remotely alongside a team of agents under a Team Lead and Operations Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Provide bilingual (German and English) support to players via chat, email or ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot account, technical and purchase issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Stay updated on the client’s latest game releases, updates and branding.
• Complete assisted training modules to develop support skills.

Required profile

• Advanced German (C1) and intermediate English (B2) language proficiency.
• Residence in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia or Turkey.
• Passion for video games and ownership of a modern gaming console or PC.
• Fast learner, proactive and strong troubleshooting abilities.

Required skills

• Minimum internet speed 15 Mb/s download/upload, latency <120 ms.
• At least 8 GB RAM, Windows 11 (non‑S) or macOS 13+, CPU Mark ≥9220 (Intel i5‑8400 or newer, Ryzen 2nd Gen+).
• GPU G3D rating ≥4806 (e.g., GTX 760 or stronger).
• Smartphone capable of two‑factor authentication (Android 10+ or iOS 16+).
