Growth Manager - Gaming

About the role

Joygame, founded in 2009 and recognized as Turkey's first gaming company, develops and publishes games for PC and mobile, including simulation, casual and FPS titles, and supports studios through funding and expertise. It is looking for a Growth Manager who takes full ownership of growth for selected titles, from spotting opportunities and building the plan to running it and measuring impact.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and scale user acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Unity, AppLovin and Mintegral, with full ownership of budget pacing and ROAS targets
• Drive growth for PC titles, including Steam store optimization, wishlist and launch campaigns, and community and influencer-driven acquisition
• Take part in upcoming global launches: market selection, soft-launch testing and scale-up strategy
• Balance user acquisition and ad monetization (mediation, eCPM, ARPDAU) to maximize LTV in a hybrid-monetized portfolio
• Design and run your own testing roadmap for creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, new channels and geos, turning data into decisions
• Brief and challenge the creative team based on performance insights, and work with product, publishing and studio partners to improve retention and monetization

Required profile

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in UA / performance marketing, ideally in gaming
• Experience with both mobile and PC marketing, or strong mobile experience plus a real interest in PC
• Proven track record of owning campaigns and budgets, with results explained in numbers
• Clear communication in English and comfort presenting ideas to senior management
• A self-starter mindset, taking initiative and moving fast

Required skills

• Solid understanding of CPI, retention, ROAS, LTV, ARPDAU and payback logic
• Hands-on experience with an MMP (AppsFlyer) and strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Experience with ad monetization and mediation platforms
• Experience with game launches or soft launches in global markets
