Head of Commercial Turkey & Middle East

About the role

As Head of Commercial for Turkey and the Middle East, you will build and lead the regional vegetable seed business from Antalya. You will translate KWS Vegetables’ strategy into market impact, drive growth, and shape the brand’s presence across a diverse region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial engine for Turkey and the Middle East, ensuring short‑ and mid‑term growth and market positioning.
• Translate BU strategy into clear market priorities, make decisions, and drive execution across the region.
• Build, inspire and empower a high‑performing commercial organization, fostering leadership, accountability and talent development.
• Integrate Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Customer Service into a unified commercial engine.
• Represent KWS Vegetables externally, creating networks, reputation and long‑term business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with legal, governance and risk requirements.

Required profile

• University degree in agriculture, business, economics or a related field.
• Proven commercial leadership experience in the international vegetable seed industry.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high‑performing teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
