About the role
The Hotel Manager will lead daily operations, ensuring high‑quality guest service, staff productivity and safety across the property. This senior role requires strategic execution, continuous improvement and mentorship of middle management.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all operational and strategic initiatives, providing feedback and alternatives.
- Coach and mentor lower‑ and middle‑management executives.
- Lead quality assessments, safety audits and risk‑management committee meetings.
- Direct project management for hotel enhancements, preventive maintenance and energy‑saving initiatives.
- Support finance in budgeting and assist in sales and marketing strategy execution.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of luxury hotel experience in international hospitality.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management.
- Fluent in English and Turkish; additional languages a plus.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and meet deadlines.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with various hotel management systems.
