About the role
As a Switchboard Operator at Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus, you will be the first point of contact for guests calling the hotel. Your upbeat and friendly attitude will help create memorable experiences and set the tone for an exceptional stay.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional phone support with a friendly attitude, responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and operations.
- Support emergency response by relaying accurate, detailed information to the appropriate teams.
- Leverage communication tools such as the PBX system and computer applications to facilitate daily operations.
