HR Business Partner for MEA & CIS Region

About the role

This role will serve as the primary HR partner for GloMatrix businesses across the MEA & CIS region, working closely with regional leaders and the global HR team to translate business priorities into people solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Shape HR and talent management strategies for the region in collaboration with the HR Director.
• Implement HR strategies such as talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement with HQ leadership.
• Roll out core values, culture elements, and people initiatives across the region.
• Partner with Regional VPs to plan headcount and improve resource efficiency.
• Support implementation of regional HR policies, payroll, and employee administration.
• Coordinate with Legal/Compliance on employee relations and compliance issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field.
• 3+ years of HRBP experience, at least 2 years in healthcare.
• Proven track record of enabling business growth as an HR Business Partner or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across cultures.
• Data‑driven decision‑maker with strong analytical abilities.
• Fluent in English.
