HR Specialist

About the role

ALSGLOBAL is looking for an HR Specialist in Istanbul. The role covers payroll processing, personnel file management and reporting, and supports recruitment and orientation. ALS describes itself as a global team using scientific testing and data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Check attendance records, documents and approvals received.
• Run payroll processes and follow legal regulations, notifying authorities such as the Ministry of Labour, the Social Security Institution and the Employment Agency in time.
• Complete the 1003B summary and service statement forms and submit social security and tax declarations within legal deadlines.
• Handle social security and private health insurance procedures.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and personnel reports.
• Maintain personnel files and track personnel matters.
• Plan recruitment and orientation training.
• Take an active part in projects and processes that fit the company's organisational structure and strategic goals.
• Carry out the expected reporting on HR processes.

Required profile

• Experience in hiring processes is preferred, or a willingness to learn.
• Eligibility: citizen or permanent resident of the country of application, or able to obtain a valid working visa.
