HRIS Specialist

About the role

DeFacto, a global fashion brand founded in 2005 with 500+ stores and online operations, is looking for an HRIS Specialist. The role combines HRIS expertise with Organizational Development (OD) and AI-driven business transformation: redesigning HR processes with AI and adapting the organization's ways of working, roles and competencies for the age of AI.

Key responsibilities

• Take an active role in organizational structure design, transformation and change management projects, turning strategy into future organizational needs
• Analyze organizational productivity and workload to define the best structure for departments
• Model workforce planning with AI-driven scenarios and give data-based recommendations
• Carry out job evaluations to size jobs across the company
• Write job descriptions and run RACI analyses to clarify authority and responsibilities
• Analyze the impact of AI on business processes, roles and structure, deciding which tasks to automate, redesign or turn into new roles
• Configure and maintain organizational structures in HR systems

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (preferably Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or Management Information Systems)
• At least 3 years of experience in Organizational Development or HRIS/HRMS
• Proven knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and a track record in OD, workforce planning or HR transformation projects
• Experience in retail or e-commerce preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English
