About the role

This role combines full-cycle recruitment with employer branding and HR business partnership. You will manage recruitment across the company, build the employer brand, partner with business units and help improve the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments: job postings, sourcing, candidate screening, initial interviews and coordination of competency-based interviews, case studies and assessments
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and recruitment strategies, and handle reference checks, job offers and onboarding
• Manage recruitment agencies and external providers, and prepare recruitment reports tracking KPIs
• Contribute to employer branding: internal and external communications, social media and digital content, university partnerships, career fairs and campus events
• Support internship, graduate and young talent programmes, employee referral programmes and diversity, equity and inclusion projects
• Partner with business unit managers on recruitment, talent assessment and organisational needs, and support performance management, employee development and engagement projects
• Follow up on new employee orientation and onboarding, and help develop HR policies and procedures
• Improve HR processes by monitoring timelines and sourcing channels and keeping up with industry trends

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
• At least 4 years of HR experience, especially in talent acquisition and recruitment; FMCG experience preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with other departments
• Good command of English preferred
