About the role

Mindpicked, a recruitment firm specializing in middle and senior management recruitment, is looking for an HR Manager for its leading business partner. The role oversees the full employee life cycle, from recruitment to offboarding, and leads key HR functions such as recruitment, organizational development and talent strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full employee life cycle, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring a positive employee experience and smooth HR operations.
• Lead recruitment, hiring and onboarding processes.
• Lead the Organizational Development function in line with business growth objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies for Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Development, Training and HR Operations.
• Partner with senior leadership to design and implement HR programs that support a strong workplace culture.
• Use HR analytics to monitor and improve HR processes and support data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on workforce planning and on employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Economics & Industrial Relations or a related field.
• 7-8 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Proven experience leading and managing HR teams.
• Strong background in recruitment, onboarding and organizational development.
• Good knowledge of payroll processes, personnel administration and related HR operations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English.
