Human Resources Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to manage end‑to‑end blue‑collar recruitment and drive employee engagement across all shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding for blue‑collar roles.
• Partner with department managers to identify workforce needs and ensure timely hiring.
• Coordinate relationships with agencies, vocational schools and career platforms.
• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys, represent HR in committees and follow up on action plans.
• Plan and execute engagement activities such as celebrations, sports tournaments, recognition programs and volunteer projects.
• Manage event budgets, vendors and monitor participation to improve future events.
• Support internal communications across all shifts and departments.
• Enhance involvement through suggestion systems, recognition programs and employee‑relations initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in blue‑collar recruitment, employee engagement or employee relations, preferably in manufacturing or automotive.
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution and organizational abilities.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
